Parents or Carers eligible to enrol their child(ren) in the pre-five unit will be notified in January of registration days for children eligible to start during the following session. Parents or Carers of pre-school pupils will be notified in January through the local media regarding the enrolment days for pupils starting school in August.
Prior to the summer term, Parents or Carers of pre-school pupils registered to attend the school will be notified regarding induction days. On these days, new entrants will take part in a variety of activities within the Primary 1 classroom designed to introduce them to the school environment.
Any Parent or Carer wishing to place their child in the school or pre-five unit may telephone the head teacher who will arrange a meeting with the parent to discuss arrangements. An enrolment/welcome pack is issued, and both Parent or Carer and child are welcome to visit the school prior to enrolling.
Once your child has been allocated a place you will be invited along to meet the staff and children, to find out more about the curriculum and to share information about your child.
